Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of medical services, laboratory testing, and prescription medications, all sales are final.

Laboratory Testing & Clinical Services

All laboratory tests, specimen collection services, in-office services, mobile phlebotomy services, and administrative or processing fees are non-refundable once ordered or performed. Once a specimen is collected or testing has begun, refunds cannot be issued.

Telehealth Services & Prescription Medications

All telehealth consultations, provider evaluations, and prescription medication orders are non-refundable once submitted, processed, or approved. This includes compounded medications. No refunds will be issued for telehealth services or medications for any reason.

Medication Replacement

While refunds are not offered for medications, replacement may be provided in cases of medication damaged during shipping, lost in transit, or pharmacy dispensing errors. Replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and may require photo documentation. Replacement eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with pharmacy and provider guidelines.
